- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.

- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.

- Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Deliver products as needed.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
- Stay knowledgeable on product offerings and options.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Suggest methods to improve sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Familiarity operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
