Position Summary Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization. As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division's sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts. This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.
In this role you will: - Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic
- Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues
- Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers' needs
To be successful in this role, you should have: - Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and a dedicated and disciplined mindset
- Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to stay organized
What Safe Haven requires in a candidate: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer-facing experience
