Customer Service Associate Hyattsville, MD Premier party rental company in the Washington metropolitan area seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Associate interested in joining our team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Implementing industry-based software to input linen and equipment orders on behalf of clients
- Updating client documents ' proposals, rental contracts, sub-rental contracts, invoices ' and e-mailing the revised information to the appropriate parties
- Communicating with internal staff, clients, vendors, etc. to coordinate deliveries and pickups for events
- Invoicing clients and submitting expenses to the Accounting department
- Addressing client's concerns and ensuring customer' satisfaction
- Handling showroom reservations
- Assisting with answering phones
Qualifications are as follows:
- Strong organization and communication/phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Any catering, rental or event related experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday:8 Hour Shift (Day)
- Saturday: Half day twice a month
Salary:
- Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Review in 90 days
- Eligible for yearly bonus up to 10% of salary
