Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. There may also be premiums paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific situations based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply if you meet the necessary criteria.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers with a smile, process returns and refunds, and conduct financial transactions. This position requires a readiness to assist customers with questions and needs, and you should be prepared to stand for extended periods.
