Work Schedule: 1:30 PM to 10 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Key Responsibilities - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing them with top-notch service.
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering platform.
- Become an expert on our products and solutions; we will provide training to help you answer product, pricing, and shipping questions with ease and confidence.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus; we will train you to deliver exceptional service.
