Core Hours: M-F 7am - 4pm EST

This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Frederick, Md. office.

Responsibilities

Answer and process incoming calls and online tickets from field personnel

Become familiar with standards for blueprints, fabrication, construction methodology, phase specifications, HVAC and estimating programming.

Identify root cause issues and coordinate with relevant personnel and departments to ensure timely resolution, while providing feedback to field personnel

Learn support systems and procedures associated with the quality assurance and/or Brand Promise programs.

Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone

What We Look For in a Candidate

1-3 years of experience in customer service

Proficient typing skills

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers

Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
