As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of our team, addressing customer inquiries and exploring creative solutions to their concerns. This position will be based on-site at our North Lauderdale, Florida location. Your Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate, you will primarily focus on innovating responses to various customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, including:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or issues
- Calmly addressing and de-escalating challenging situations
- Escalating matters when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to assistance requests and processing payments as needed
- Tracking call information for audit and reporting purposes
- Providing constructive feedback on call-related issues
- Upselling products or services if required
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred IT/Network certifications or degrees
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proven experience in a call center environment
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Proficient in operating and navigating computers
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, such as:
- Setting up home Wi-Fi networks
- Configuring routers and switches
- Core competency with laptops and desktops
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Maintain composure and objectivity
- Strong listening abilities
