Position: Customer Service Associate - Remote Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

What We Offer: - Work From Home
- Full-Time Employment (40 hours/week)
- Be available for any of our 8-hour shifts during business hours.
- Business Hours: Monday - Sunday, 24/7
- Competitive Pay: $14.00 from day one
- Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour for shifts between 6 PM - 6 AM
- Weekend Differential: $1.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Incentive Plan: Potential to earn up to an additional $350 monthly after training through performance metrics.

Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of incoming calls effectively.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
- Access cardholder accounts to relay information about state or federal agency transactions and benefits.
- Assist cardholders with inquiries related to account statuses.
- Process transactions via web-based applications and conduct research requests accurately.
- Communicate empathetically while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Stay informed about company and client policies, programs, and technologies.
- Support team operations during peak times or absences to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch roles.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Camera required for meetings and training.
- Internet Service: A secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection is essential.
- Work Area: A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and electrical outlet is necessary.
- Equipment: All necessary computer equipment will be provided.
- Internet Speed Test: Must achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speed.
- Familiarity with computers and Windows applications is required.
Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of previous call center experience.
