WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Own the customer experience - greet callers sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Provide product and website support to online customers, take orders by phone
- Investigate package issues and find solutions to customer problems
- Compose customer correspondence - email, social media, live chat
- Collaborate with couriers and other company departments to resolve order issues
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA
