Responsibilities: - Greeting and building rapport with golfers
- Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
- Appraise and buy-in merchandise
- Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day
- Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
Preferred Qualifications: - Customer service experience in the golf industry
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Required Qualifications: - 2 years of customer service
- A love for and experience in the game of golf
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
