Customer Service Associate I
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Position Type: Full Time (M-F)
Are you an excellent communicator, with a desire to excel in customer service? Our team is currently hiring a full time Tier I Customer Service Associate in downtown Cincinnati. Customer Service is paramount to our success so candidates should have a genuine interest in helping others, be well organized and have excellent computer proficiency.
Customer Service Associate I Primary Objectives:
- Provide support to customers through meaningful conversations to help each customer arrive at the solution that is best fitted for their needs
- Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Update customer records
- Maintain a detailed log of each customer interaction
- Route customer concerns to the correct department or personnel to ensure that each customer receives the most accurate solutions and responses
- Maintain a working knowledge of current product offerings
- Register account updates and process sensitive data in accordance with SOP
Customer Service Associate I Qualifications:
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills (bilingual applicants welcome)
- Previous experience in a customer support role preferred
- Computer proficiency is required
- Ability to multitask, pinpoint customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Attention to detail and excellent note-taking skills
Customer Service Associate I Preferred Skills:
- Some college completion preferred
- Prior CRM experience is a plus
- Computer proficiency
- Previous sales experience
