This part-time position is available at Store , located at: 3550 Arapahoe , Boulder, CO 80303.

This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to interact with customers, sometimes including minors, and handle various payment methods and store items under both supervised and unsupervised settings. To ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone involved, a review of criminal history will be conducted.

  • Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Foster trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in alignment with company policies.
  • Meet designated sales goals regularly.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve appropriate products from sales floors or warehouse.
  • Prepare and mix paint according to customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and arrange product displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with deliveries, including loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain designated areas in stock and visually appealing condition.
  • Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Propose improvements for sales enhancement.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work without immigration sponsorship.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, you must hold a rating of at least meets expectations (3) from your last evaluation.
  • If currently employed, you must have completed all required HR training courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment operation.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is preferred.
