This role is crucial for the success of our retail environment. Customer Service Associates engage with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and propose suitable solutions. They are dedicated to promptly addressing customer concerns and ensuring a superior level of client satisfaction.

Staying informed about product features and maintaining the high-quality visual standards of our merchandise and store is expected. Our Customer Service Associates aspire to deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales objectives.

Note that this position involves regular contact with customers, including minors, and has access to cash and various payment methods, requiring a review of criminal history to protect our business and the safety of our customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint or related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in more than one language, including Spanish.
