In this role, you will be responsible for direct quoting of customer jobs, order entry, pricing, delivery, coordination, and complaints, while working directly with production, scheduling, and shipping/receiving departments internally and externally to meet customer expectations for pricing, delivery, design, and quality. These Customer Service Associate positions require an Associate's Degree, 1-2 years of related experience, excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills, and strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
