This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest tailored solutions. You will be responsible for swiftly addressing customer concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and upholding the store's quality and presentation standards. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
The position is based at Store , located at: 2124 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22207, and may require travel to surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
