This role is vital for the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Associates collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide insightful responses about our product offerings, and recommend suitable solutions. Our associates are committed to promptly addressing any customer issues while ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Staying informed about product features and maintaining the pristine quality and visual standards of the products and store are essential tasks. Customer Service Associates have the responsibility to deliver outstanding customer service while continuously achieving the store's sales objectives.

The selected candidate will be expected to work within a 30-mile radius of store , located at 3415 Pleasant Valley Blvd Altoona, PA 16602.

What is the Process to Get Started?

  1. Online Application: Locate the role(s) that pique your interest on our Careers page and take about 15 minutes to create your profile.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
