Compensation:

This position is hourly, with starting pay at $17.25/hour and the potential to reach $18.45/hour after three automatic raises within the first year.

Customer Service Representative Position

We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone service representatives. Join our team at 401 S. Wright Road, Janesville, WI 53546, starting in June 2025.

Shifts, Training & Work Environment:

Enjoy your weekends off. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time.

Our 8-week ONSITE onboarding and training academy equips you with essential skills such as critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication.

After completing training, eligible team members can enjoy a HYBRID work environment with three days onsite and two days from home (the home days are flexible and can change weekly). You can even opt to work up to 5 days from home after earning additional flexibility and completing 6 months in the role.

You Will:
  • Build and enhance customer relationships by effectively addressing high volumes of inbound phone calls.
  • Utilize professional communication skills, both oral and written, to engage with customers.
  • Tackle customer challenges through effective account management, product identification, order placement, and oversight.
  • Employ critical thinking to resolve inquiries about product searches, pricing issues, and returns.
  • Mitigate risks by taking appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate in a positive team atmosphere focused on ethical business practices.
You Have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound service center.
  • A strong desire to assist customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.
  • Background in providing personalized customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commute to our facility.
  • Capability to sit for up to 8 hours a day.
  • A dedicated workspace for remote/hybrid work is required.
  • Reliable internet connection must be verified to meet specified speed requirements.
