We need someone who can aid customers, take messages, and use the phone to provide answers to clients' questions. Available immediately for hire at our local El Paso office. Requirements:
100% Bilingual must know excellent English and Spanish .
- Must undergo a background check.
- Strong PHONE contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Online Search engines (You will be tested during your interview).
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and afternoons.
Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour.
