Responsibilities - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently
- Support the customer service team in daily administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent service consistently
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused attitude
