Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and determining the best solution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide administrative support and follow up on pending issues
  • Assist in processing orders, forms, and requests
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
