You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be vital in creating a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide detailed product and service information to customers to assist them in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our database.
• Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to training initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
