About the Role: As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and customers - whether by phone, email, or in person. You'll assist with inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers in person, by phone, or via email with a professional and positive attitude
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products, services, or company policies
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-ups
- Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front office or reception area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
