Position Overview: We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, supportive, and solution-focused experience. Your dedication to outstanding service will help build strong relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, including issues, outcomes, and feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-such as sales and technical support-to ensure effective solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate client feedback to help identify areas for service improvement and escalate issues when needed.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent support.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a client service or support role is preferred but not required.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client service or CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
