Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, supportive, and solution-focused experience. Key Responsibilities: - Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, including issues, outcomes, and feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-such as sales and technical support-to ensure effective solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate client feedback to help identify areas for service improvement and escalate issues when needed.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent support.
Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a client service or support role is preferred but not required.

- Patience, empathy, and professionalism under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
