What you will do - Essential Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout the entire process - from sale to appraisal, test drives, and financing arrangements.
- Conduct vehicle condition assessments and share key information with Buyers, facilitating customer appraisals.
- Receive vehicles delivered to CarMax; manage daily scanning and reconciliation of our vehicle inventory.
- Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure every vehicle meets CarMax Quality Standards.
- Handle various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, communicating with finance companies, and managing cash/payment processes.
- Create service appointments and review repair invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate for billing purposes.

Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs are crucial for seamless transactions. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, including vehicle sales, processing paperwork, conducting appraisals, and managing repair orders. Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is: $17.80 - $26.70
Benefits: - Eligible associates can earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year and between 80 and 200 hours of vacation time annually, based on years of service.
- Paid time off includes 8 hours of pay for each of 6 scheduled holidays plus one floating holiday. Those who work on holidays may be eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
