Customer Service and Call Center Analysis Intern.
As an Intern in the Customer Experience team, you will be involved in meaningful work and hands on experiences such as
Process Improvements - Analyze call center data to understand customer behavior, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with finding ways to optimize customer service platform to ensure streamlined communication and timely responses
- Get hands on experience through handling inbound and outbound customer calls and tickets
- Analyze the volume and types of tickets and calls received throughout the year to assess the correct level of support
Customer Experience Training Materials - Develop and update high-quality training materials tailored to the needs of our customers
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Fielding customer service calls and tickets
- Analyzing data and creating reports
- Creating PowerPoint presentations

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Coursework related to the internship role (e.g. Customer Service/Business Management/Data Analytics)
