Job Summary:

Pro-Active Engineering is seeking an experienced Customer Service and Account Manager to lead our inside sales team with a strong focus on account management and customer relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused sales leader who excels at nurturing long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing sales processes within the printed circuit board (PCB) industry.


Key Responsibilities:


• Account Management & Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


• Team Management: Manage the inside sales team, ensuring they effectively manage accounts, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.


• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine account management strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor customer needs and market trends to develop tailored sales approaches. Provide reporting to upper management on account status and other deliverables as requested.


• Customer Support & Retention: Oversee customer interactions, address inquiries, and proactively resolve concerns to strengthen relationships and reduce churn.


• Process Improvement: Optimize sales workflows, order management, and customer follow-up processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.


• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of solutions to customers.


Qualifications:


• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on account management, and at least 2+ years in a leadership role.


• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry preferred.


• Skills: Strong account management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead a team, analyze sales data, and develop strategic plans. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.


• Education: A bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
