CALL CENTER POSITION AVAILABLE - PEST CONTROL COMPANY
We are seeking a full-time Call Center Agent with call center, sales, and customer service experience to join our team. 1-3 years' customer service experience is preferred. Previous call center, or other sales-driven environment experience is also preferred.

Pay: $15-17 plus commission
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inbound sales in a call center environment
Handle high volume of incoming calls with a composed and professional demeanor while providing the highest standards of customer service.
Capitalize on every sales call and maintain a high closing rate
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, fellow employees, and management team
Detail oriented and proficient in multi-tasking, and prioritization.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Assist customers with questions and general inquiries regarding products, pests and services.
Process paperwork and input data in an accurate and efficient manner.
Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
