Job Description

Bulletproof is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join the Customer Care team. This role will require strong written communication skills, and a willingness to help customers with every interaction. This role is completely remote and would require you to work Sunday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:30pm EST each week, after training Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm for one week. Experience working with supplements and coffee is a plus.

The Customer Service Agent role is responsible for taking care of customer inquiries via written communication. Agents are responsible for ensuring that customers have a phenomenal experience with Bulletproof and will take care of scenarios like helping with discounts, creating refunds/replacements, and general product inquiries. This role will also partner with Management and teams like R&D to escalate concerns and questions for customers.

This role requires excellent customer service, including patience, empathy, troubleshooting, and following up with customers. We have a "no customer left behind" mindset and would expect that this mindset is shared and practiced each day. An ideal candidate will be able to communicate with customers, will share feedback regarding customer experience that can be improved upon, and will share a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through various written communication channels. Provide prompt responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Management, the Warehouse, and R&D to escalate necessary concerns and questions.
  • Follow up with customers or partners to ensure their requests are completed.
  • Gather and assess relevant information to effectively address inquiries and manage complaints.
  • Successfully resolve customer issues. Answer product questions for customers. Support Wholesalers and Shippers with inquiries. Partner with our Health Services department to ensure that customers are taken care of, and any adverse events are reported.
  • Manage accounts and create necessary actions.
  • Support with items like managing out of stock orders, creating sample request orders, notifying customers of important updates, and other Care-related asks, as business needs.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Sharepoint preferred.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.
  • Generally, requires a minimum of two (2) years related experience, typically in a contact center environment.
  • High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

Additional Information

$22/hour. The hourly pay rate is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
