Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Provide product and service information to customers as required.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
