Key Responsibilities: - Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and inquiries.
- Resolve issues for passengers with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
- Utilize computer software to effectively track and catalog luggage.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring satisfaction and support.
- Perform various related tasks as needed, showcasing your skills and abilities.
- Be physically active, capable of lifting and moving items regularly (up to 70 pounds) and navigating stairs.
Basic Qualifications: - Must be a local (in-state) resident.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid In-State Driver's License.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and a thorough 10-year background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification.
- Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
- Aware of surroundings, including moving vehicles or aircraft, and capable of using radio equipment.
