Essential Job Functions - Receive incoming service and maintenance calls from clients
- Build rapport with all clients over the phone, text, and/or email
- Schedule club member visits as directed
- Build value with current club members to maintain renewal rate
- Perform outbound calls to club members
- Accurately build service-related calls
- When directed, prepare and complete written client communications
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of position
- Show ability to make timely decisions in the best interest of the client and company
- Enter order information, including updating of client accounts, telephone, and contact numbers

Required Qualifications: -
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and have the ability to manage multiple lines in a professional and positive manner
- Proven track record of consistent results in a customer service environment
- Average attention to detail
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in learning CRM software
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one with clients, and other team members of the organization; Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Understanding of body language and the impacts of excellent tone and inflection.
Preferred Qualifications: -
- Experience with a position that is 70% phone time and taking 50+ inbound calls per day
- Bilingual = increased compensation
- CRM software experience
- Retail home services customer service experience
Compensation & Hours -
- Starting wage of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
- Part -Time Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. OR 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Days: Monday - Friday + Rotating Holiday Schedule
- Location: In - Office
