Customer Service Agent , you will serve as the frontline support for our clients' customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to their accounts. We trust you to actively listen and utilize your customer service expertise to deliver a world-class experience in every interaction.
Responsibilities Include: - Handling Inbound Calls from customers with questions regarding their accounts (approximately 40 to 50 calls daily).
- Responding to customer inquiries using training resources and support systems.
- Identifying customer needs and providing complete and accurate information.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and challenging situations.
- Processing transactions through web-based applications.
- Submitting accurate research requests based on inquiries.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of company and client programs and policies.
- Communicating effectively in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- Following confidentiality requirements to safeguard information.
- Assisting with other operations during high-demand periods or staff absences.
What We Offer: - Full-Time Employment: This position is full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible 8-hour shifts available during our business hours.
- Business Hours: We operate Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
- Starting hourly rate of $14.00 effective from day one.
- Shift Differential: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for specific shifts and $1.50 for weekend shifts.
- Incentive Plan: Potential to earn up to an extra $350 a month by meeting performance metrics post-training.

Essential Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of six months experience in customer service or call center.
- Solid knowledge of computer applications and Windows.
- Successful background, credit check, and security clearance required.
- Compliance with camera requirements during meetings and training.
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet access and a designated workspace. Computer equipment will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
