Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on products and services, and assist customers in making informed decisions
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
