Customer Service Agent

Looking for someone with great Customer Service skills, greet and assist customers with trip planning and provide schedule information. Assist with purchasing tickets and notify customers of service delays. Perform other duties as assigned. This is a permanent part-time job at oursouthend stations.It's called a Casual position because you would be filling in for employees who call off sick or on scheduled vacations. Great for someone who doesn't want full time work but wants to earn extra money.
