The Customer Service Advocate plays a vital role as one of the first points of contact for our customers. This dynamic and organized individual will manage a variety of administrative processes, including scheduling, work orders, and invoicing, while also greeting customers in person and responding to phone and email inquiries. Your goal is to create a memorable experience during every interaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with a smile and resolve their concerns promptly, often devising creative solutions.
  • Handle incoming communication via calls, emails, and faxes regarding service issues, pricing, warranties, and more.
  • Ensure smooth operations by confirming and completing work order details, which includes insurance verification and additional parts management.
  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as invoices, work orders, and processing credit memos.
  • Review orders from our national contact center and handle dealer part orders or special accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
  • A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
  • A professional appearance and adherence to personal protective equipment guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% if necessary.
