We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
• Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
• Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
• Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal Qualifications:
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
• Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• You must have previous customer service experience for this position Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly

$40,000-$45,000 per year
