Customer Service Advisor
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation Range: $46,135 - $48,635 (based on experience and market)
Signing Bonus: $2,000
Overview
This role offers a path into the insurance industry, with a full-time, paid six-month training program designed to build your customer service, insurance, and support skills. After training, you may be eligible to work remotely two days per week. Military veterans and spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and other member communications.
- Provide quotes, policy information, billing support, and product advice for personal insurance lines.
- Accurately assess member needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced contact center environment.
- Maintain state-required Property & Casualty license.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license before start date
Preferred:
- 1+ year in customer-facing or sales role
- Prior experience in a contact center
- Military service or spouse/domestic partner of a service member
