Customer Service Advisor

• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Utilize scrips to gather customer information and offer options to help customers resolve problems
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications:
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Associated field of study
• Previous Experience in a Call Center, Office Environment with a high call volume or related field
• Ability to type 40 words per minute Compensation: 23.00 - 25.00 hourly

• Utilize scrips to gather customer information and offer options to help customers resolve problems
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
