Customer Service Advisor

• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Accurately take order information from customer and enter into MIS
• Create estimates in a timely manner
• Follow up on all production functions to ensure timely output of product Qualifications:
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
