Customer Service Administrator
Our client is a leader in the manufacturing space looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team. This role is 100% in office for our client in the Itasca area. This person will be responsible for converting quotes to orders, addressing service issues, and communicating issues between service and customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator: - Review and verify incoming orders
- Contact customers if the purchase order is missing
- Confirm part numbers in their system
- Create files for new parts and resolve discrepancies
- Validate quotes
- Coordinate with managers to determine the production line for new parts
- Input non-conformance details and ensure completeness
- Track and update order details
- Respond to emails containing purchase orders
- File received purchase orders
- Assist the purchasing department with any discrepancies or changes
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Administrator: - Customer Service experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Great organization and customer service skills
