Where You Will Work

Our newly built 200,000 sf facility in Chandler, Arizona is just one example of how Advantest is leading the way in precision manufacturing by investing in our ability to deliver real-time decision making through connected networks of data to help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004", setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains strong relationships with our clients and ensures their needs are met promptly and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated client records and interactions
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints, and ensures compliance with warranty or maintenance agreements
  • Administers and / or provides oversight for customer accounts of diverse scope and complexity including RMAs support
  • Coordinates with relevant functions on contractual, technical and quality issues; resolves customer complaints concerning invoices or billing discrepancies and provides delivery status; research account histories to assist in collection activities
  • Work assignments may include cross-functional or project team
  • Liaison for Inter-departmental communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
  • Onsite role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years' experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have order entry and customer support interaction experience
  • Knowledge of semiconductor terminology
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
  • Strong office skills with proficiency in data entry and computerized systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus
