Mullican Flooring, a leading manufacturer of high-quality hardwood flooring, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Customer Service/Administrative Support team member. This part-time position plays a key role in supporting both our Customer Service and Marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Customer Service team by handling data entry, order processing, and follow-up communications.
- Assist the Marketing department with administrative tasks, reporting, and coordination of marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and supporting department projects as needed.
Qualifications: - Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer usage.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service preferred.
