Key Responsibilities
️Provide exceptional customer support for on-demand small parcel delivery services
️Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
️Enter and update order details accurately into our logistics system
️Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
️Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
️Uphold a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (logistics experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent phone etiquette and data entry skills
Experience with computerized logistics systems (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (a plus)
Team player with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
