Job Summary:

The Customer Service Admin will handle a wide range of customer service duties, including interacting with customers over the phone and/or via email.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answering Customer Service calls and routing them to the correct department
  • Assist with the driver cash-out process
  • Assist with the call desk customer ordering
  • Scheduling new customer deliveries
  • Front Admin Backup

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; stand, walk, use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Vision ability is required.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED Equivalent.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • To successfully complete the post-offer, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, a physical exam, a physical abilities test, a background check, and a clear (Clean MVR).
  • Willing to work over 40 hours when required.
  • Willing to work weekends and Holidays if needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English regarding the job and safety regulations.
