Responsibilities:
- Effectively assist customers with requests including but not limited to: placing/modifying orders; tracking orders, making changes to subscriptions.
- Anticipate customers' needs (offers alternatives, suggests products, finds solutions)
- Provide timely, friendly, and professional customer care
- Record in QBO bills and expenses
- File and organize documents
- Foster relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
- Maintain office efficiency and organization
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Requirements
- 2+ recent working experience in this role or similar
- Proficient using Microsoft programs
- Detail oriented
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
