Are you ready to jumpstart your career with a company that works closely with Safelite's network and buildout operations? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Account Specialist.
What You'll Do: In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks, including: Insurance adjusting. Account management. Vehicle inspections.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Compensation: Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year. Performance-based bonuses to reward your hard work.
What We're Looking For: This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. We provide paid training to ensure your success. However, we're seeking individuals who bring: Strong communication skills - You'll be the main point of contact for clients. Excellent people skills - Building positive relationships is a big part of the job. Professionalism - Approach inspections and interactions with confidence and care.
