This highly visible role as a Customer Service Account Manager for a growing Cabinetry Manufacturing company is a strategic piece of our business. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of Cabinets and Customer Service in order to provide our customers with top-notch service. No task is too small, and no insight/analysis should be taken for granted. Communications, scheduling, orders, damages, and all-around customer satisfaction is what this person will work with each day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact in building long-term relationships with customers in a high-volume kitchen cabinet manufacturing environment.
  • Must have experience in processing high-volume online orders from the initial placement, through to delivery.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and process orders in a timely manner. Track all orders and issues to an acceptable solution.
  • Communicate with customers and various departments in the manufacturing process through multiple channels to ensure high levels of satisfaction on the customer's part.
  • Handle a high volume of emails and calls daily.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Know products inside and out so that you can answer questions and make suggestions to issues that arise.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proven customer service, account management, or other relevant experience.
  • Background in Cabinetry
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and or NetSuite
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a large plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual a plus - Spanish Speaking.
  • Be available to work overtime if needed.
