Basic Function: Provide external customer support and internal sales support, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery while addressing any delivery issues promptly.
Responsibilities: - Manage pricing, customer details, and order information in ERP and SAP systems.
- Communicate with Sales to ensure accurate pricing and input in the system.
- Coordinate with shipping, transportation, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process returns, credits, and debits in SAP.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to pricing and product issues.
- Handle imported products and manage third-party supplier orders through SAP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry.
- Experience in export transportation, international business, and industrial chemicals preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP, with experience handling multiple products and accounts.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in logistics, order-to-cash processes, and interacting with sales and purchasing is a plus.
