What You'll Do: As a key member of our customer service team, you'll work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure seamless communication and a superior customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers and partners via phone and email
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Diagnosing, assessing, and resolving service-related issues
- Monitoring delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps
- Processing delivery order changes or cancellations
- Coordinating and dispatching as needed
What You'll Bring: Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Preferred: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related experience, ideally in a call center environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver customer-first solutions
