As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in reaching out to educators and school administrators to schedule insurance benefit consultations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and has the drive to achieve daily outreach goals while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Hours/Lunch: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20/hour
Position Temp Duration: 4-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to a target audience to schedule insurance-related meetings.
- Effectively communicate the value and purpose of insurance consultations in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Build rapport with potential clients by using a personable and conversational tone while following provided call scripts.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and positive demeanor to encourage participation and interest.
- Log call outcomes and update contact records accurately in internal systems.
- Stay motivated and handle rejection with resilience, maintaining a high level of persistence throughout the workday.
